Delivery & Pickup

Everything we deliver is delivered by our own crew out of the Crossroads Center showroom — not handed to a freight carrier. Here is exactly what it costs.

What delivery costs

No order minimums. Delivery is priced by distance and service level, not by how much you spend.

Drop-off or setup?

Drop-off puts it in the garage or just inside the entryway. You take it from there.

Delivery with setup is the one we recommend, and it is what most people choose. Our crew brings it in, places it where you want it, assembles it, and leaves with all the packaging. If something needs attention, it gets handled on the spot instead of on a second trip.

Haul away your old piece

Need us to take the old one? $75 per piece, and we haul it straight to the dump. Let us know what you need gone when you schedule delivery — we may decline a haul-away if we don't think we can do the job safely.

Past 40 miles

Call us at 320-316-2665 and we will quote the run before you order. We would rather give you a real number for your address than a formula.

When it arrives

In stock — most furniture and mattresses arrive within 7 to 10 days depending on stock. We confirm the date with you by phone.

Made to order — 3 to 5 weeks. That covers the Minnesota Rustic barnwood, hand-peeled log and sawtooth hickory lines, which are built after you order. We schedule delivery once the piece is finished and inspected.

Special orders

Special orders are paid in full when the order is placed. Cancel free of charge any time before the piece enters production — once production starts, orders are not refundable. Full details on our Special Orders page.
