Shipping policy

Cozy & Rustic delivers from our Crossroads Center showroom in St. Cloud, MN. We do not ship outside our delivery area.

Delivery drop-off — $100 (within 10 miles of the showroom).
Delivery with in-home setup — $200 (from our door out to 40 miles). We place and set up each piece in the room of your choice.
Beyond 40 miles: Call or text 320-316-2665 for a quote.
Showroom pickup — free at 4101 W Division St. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

Timing: Most furniture and mattresses arrive within 7–10 days depending on stock. Made-to-order pieces (like Minnesota Rustic) take 3–5 weeks. We'll call to schedule a window that works for you.
