Do you offer financing?

Yes — financing is available, subject to credit approval. Terms depend on the purchase and change from time to time, so ask us and we will walk you through what is actually available. More here.

How fast can I get my furniture?

Depends on the line. In-stock furniture and mattresses: 7 to 10 days. Made-to-order Minnesota Rustic barnwood, hand-peeled log and sawtooth hickory pieces run 3 to 5 weeks because they are built after you order. We confirm your delivery date by phone either way.

Do you charge for delivery?

Pickup at the showroom is free. Delivery drop-off is $100 within 10 miles. Delivery with setup is $200 from 0 to 40 miles, including assembly. Beyond 40 miles, call us and we’ll quote the run before you order. No order minimums. Delivery details.

Do you deliver outside the St. Cloud area?

Large furniture is delivered by our own crew, so it is priced by distance — past 40 miles, call us with your address and we’ll quote it honestly. Mattress-in-a-box and smaller items are easier to send further. Either way, call with your zip code and we’ll tell you straight whether we can help.

Will you haul away my old furniture or mattress?

Yes — $75 per piece. We take it straight to the dump. Let us know what needs to go when you schedule delivery; we may decline a haul-away if we don’t think we can do the job safely.

Can I try a mattress before buying?

Absolutely. Every mattress on our floor is set up on an adjustable base. Come to the showroom and lie on them as long as you want. Bring your pillow.

What if the mattress isn’t right after I sleep on it?

Mattresses are non-returnable once delivered — Minnesota law prohibits reselling used bedding, and we do not offer a comfort exchange program. That is why we put the work in before the sale: take a real fifteen minutes on the floor, and we’ll tell you the truth about which bed fits you. Defects are covered by the manufacturer’s 10-year warranty. The whole picture is here.

Do you carry adjustable bases?

Yes — Serta BaseLogic in Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers, plus the Beautyrest Black Luxury Adjustable. Every mattress on our floor sits on one so you can try the combination.

Do you have a return policy?

Unused, undamaged sofas, chairs and upholstery can come back within 7 days of delivery or pickup; a 15% restocking fee applies, and refunds go to the original payment method. Mattresses are non-returnable once delivered. Made-to-order Minnesota Rustic pieces and special orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the piece enters production, and are non-returnable after. Floor models are final sale.
