Refund policy

At Cozy & Rustic, we want you to love what you take home. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Sofas, chairs & upholstery: Unused, undamaged pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup. A 15% restocking fee applies. Return it to our showroom yourself, or we'll pick it up for a $150 pickup fee. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of inspection.

Mattresses: For health and hygiene reasons, mattresses are non-returnable once delivered - Minnesota law prohibits reselling used bedding, and every mattress we sell is new. We do not offer a comfort exchange program, so try it in the showroom first - take your time, bring your pillow. Every mattress is backed by its manufacturer's 10-year warranty. Adjustable bases are non-returnable once used.

Made-to-order & special orders (including Minnesota Rustic): Paid in full at order. Cancel any time before your piece enters production for a full refund - no fee. Once production starts, orders are not refundable, and finished made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. Minnesota Rustic is built by Viking Log Furniture in St. Joseph, Minnesota, and carries the maker's limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the original owner - freight to and from the factory isn't covered, and abuse, modification, and damage from heat or humidity swings fall outside it. Floor models & as-is: Final sale.

Damaged or defective: Tell us within 7 days of delivery or pickup - call or text 320-316-2665 with photos and we'll repair or replace it at no charge.

Financed purchases: Follow the same return terms; refunds are applied back to the financing account.
