These terms govern purchases from Cozy & Rustic (cozyandrustic.com), a family-owned furniture and mattress showroom in St. Cloud, MN.

 

Pricing & availability: Prices are in USD and subject to change. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but errors in price, description, or availability can happen. We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel an order placed on an incorrect price (we'll refund you in full if we do).

 

Orders: Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm by email. We may decline or cancel any order.

 

Payment & financing: We accept major cards and digital wallets. Financing is available through a third-party lender, subject to credit approval; financing terms are set by the lender. Ask us how it works: 320-316-2665.

 

Delivery & pickup: Governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

 

Returns: Governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Warranties: Furniture is covered against manufacturer defects. Mattresses and adjustable bases carry their manufacturer's warranty. Normal wear, misuse, and customer damage are not covered.

 

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
