Don't love it? Bring it back.

We want you to love what you take home. If something isn't right, you have 7 days from the day you receive it to bring it back — just reach out and we'll make it easy.

To return a piece, it should be unused and in the same condition it left our showroom. Original packaging is not required. A 15% restocking fee applies, or we can pick it up for a $150 pickup fee. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

A few things work differently: mattresses are non-returnable once delivered (Minnesota law — and honestly, you wouldn't want it any other way), and made-to-order pieces can be cancelled free any time before production starts, but not after. The full details live in our Return & Refund Policy.
