The practical stuff: Built to order for you — most pieces are ready in 3–5 weeks. Pieces from $1,095. Order online or in the showroom; we'll call to confirm your piece, size, and finish before your build starts. Delivery: $100 drop-off within 10 miles, $200 with in-home setup out to 40 miles — or pick up free at the showroom. Financing available with Affirm.
Materials & construction — in plain words: Northwoods is a pine log line: solid logs with the knots, checks, and grain left in, so no two beds come out exactly alike. Log frames are heavy in the good way — no flex, no squeak, nothing that feels temporary — and the bunks and daybeds are built to the same standard as the beds, trundles included.

Care, warranty & returns: Covered by the maker's limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship, for the original owner — if something fails, call the store with your receipt and a few photos and we file the claim for you. Anything arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days and we repair or replace it free.
